MVMT Labs files for Delaware bankruptcy with under $1 million in assets
The company, which was behind Movement Network and the MOVE launch, reported $1 million to $10 million in liabilities and 200 to 999 creditors in its filing.
CryptoSlate reports that MVMT Labs, tied to the Movement Network ecosystem, filed for bankruptcy in a Delaware case that lists estimated assets of $100,001 to $1 million against liabilities of $1 million to $10 million, according to its July 22 filing.
The filing identifies MVMT Labs as the only named debtor in Delaware case 26-11113-TMH, while several related entities and the MOVE token are not named, leaving legal boundaries tied to court records and agreements.
CryptoSlate adds that Move Industries CEO Torab said on July 21 that MVMT Labs has no affiliation with Move Industries and that his firm is not involved in the bankruptcy, even as Torab provided the current operator's account.
The story also outlines that Movement Network Foundation said in December 2025 it completed an operating change that made Move Industries its primary service provider, while the Foundation's announcement did not disclose transferor details, consideration, or an asset list, leaving bankruptcy-relevant ownership and transfer terms unresolved.
