Ohana pays $191.2M for Panther National resort and housing development
The 392-acre property in Palm Beach Gardens is slated to add 150 homes, and J.P. Morgan Chase provided a $115 million acquisition loan for the purchase.
Ohana Real Estate Investors has bought the Panther National golf resort and a luxury residential development in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for $191.2 million, according to commercial property records cited by Commercial Observer.
The deal covers 392 acres within the Avenir master development at 10391 Panther National Boulevard, including an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and PGA champion Justin Thomas, plus a par-3 course and 68 single-family homes.
Developers also plan to add another 150 single-family homes as part of the project, Commercial Observer reported. The property includes plans for a clubhouse and is connected to the resort’s broader development pipeline.
The seller was Swiss developer Centaur Holdings, and J.P. Morgan Chase supplied a $115 million acquisition loan to Austin, Texas-based Ohana Real Estate. Commercial Observer added that Centaur had previously secured a $160 million debt package in 2024, with proceeds used to refinance and to support construction for 180 homes and a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse.
