ServiceNow tops revenue expectations as cybersecurity momentum grows
Subscription revenue rose 24.5% year over year to $3.877 billion in the second quarter, beating the $3.817 billion FactSet consensus.
MarketWatch reports ServiceNow topped revenue expectations as investors focused on momentum in cybersecurity-related demand. In the second quarter, the company generated $3.877 billion in subscription revenue, up 24.5% from a year earlier and ahead of the $3.817 billion FactSet consensus.
ServiceNow also highlighted accelerating use of its AI offering. The company said it has seen a ninefold increase in agentic deployments over nine months.
MarketWatch notes CEO Bill McDermott said, in reference to cybersecurity, that the attack surface is expanding rapidly.
