Ferguson Enterprises leases 31,429-square-foot building in Morton Grove

Ferguson Enterprises has signed a lease for the entire 31,429-square-foot industrial building at 8130 River Drive in Morton Grove, Illinois, according to ConnectCRE.

The Missner Group acquired the property about six months earlier, and the deal places a credited tenant into the portfolio, with the building described as a single-tenant asset that combines office and warehouse space.

ConnectCRE said the space includes one interior dock door and two drive-in doors, 21-foot clear heights, and a fully air-conditioned warehouse, with access to major highways including I-294, I-90, and I-94.

The Missner Group was represented by Colliers, and Ferguson Enterprises was represented by CBRE, as ConnectCRE reported.
