Mirae Asset completes acquisition of Korbit crypto exchange
The Block reports Mirae Asset plans to raise its stake from 92.06% to 97.15% via another deal later this week.
South Korea’s Mirae Asset has completed its acquisition of the Korbit cryptocurrency exchange, according to coverage by The Block.
The report says Mirae Asset already holds 92.06% of Korbit and intends to increase that stake to 97.15% through an additional transaction later this week.
The Block’s update frames the next step as a follow-on deal that would bring Mirae Asset closer to full control of the exchange.
