Ondo’s Oasis Pro Markets clears tokenized equities and funds for US access
Ondo said the approval expands U.S. offerings beyond its Treasuries focus, enabling tokenized equities and ETFs via SEC and FINRA oversight.
Ondo Finance said its broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, received regulatory authorization to offer tokenized equities and funds to U.S. investors under SEC and FINRA oversight, according to a post on the company’s official X account on Thursday.
The company described Oasis Pro Markets as an SEC-registered broker-dealer, and said the clearance allows it to sell compliant U.S. access to tokenized publicly traded equities, including in IPOs, as well as interests in ETFs and mutual and index funds.
Ondo said access would run through OTC retailing, underwritten primary offerings, private placements and other activities. It also said the approval supports omnibus account structures through its existing broker-dealer and advisory channels so institutional investors, registered investment advisors, and retirement accounts can access tokenized securities through their current brokers.
Ondo added that its Ondo Stocks unit has logged more than $20 billion in cumulative volume and over $1 billion in tokenized stocks total value locked, calling it the largest tokenized securities platform, though it did not provide an independent basis for that ranking. It did not specify a launch date, saying products would be available to American investors and institutions following the approvals.
