RIPCO secures $28.3M bridge loan for College Park multifamily project
The $28.3 million financing upsizes a prior $25.4 million bridge loan and will fund the shift from redevelopment to lease-up at The Arbor College Park.
RIPCO Real Estate has arranged a $28.3 million bridge loan for The Arbor College Park, a 134-unit multifamily community in College Park, Maryland, according to ConnectCRE.
The financing is described as a modified bridge upsizing with RMWC, the same lender that provided the property’s original $25.4 million bridge loan arranged in December 2024.
RIPCO executive managing director Adam Hakim and managing director James Murad represented Cape Advisors in securing the funding, which is intended to support the property’s transition from redevelopment to lease-up.
The Arbor College Park, located adjacent to the University of Maryland on a 4.25-acre site, was originally acquired in late 2024 and has been repositioned from student housing into a renovated multifamily community.
