Swan CEO says Twenty One is Tether’s political US entity
The CEO described Twenty One Capital as an entity used to support Tether’s US political efforts, calling another executive’s role largely ceremonial.
Swan CEO said Twenty One Capital acts as Tether’s US entity, serving the stablecoin issuer’s political interests in the United States, according to The Block.
The Block reports that Cory Klippsten characterized Twenty One’s work as being used to channel resources “where needed for political reasons,” and he described Mallers’ role as “ceremonial.”
