U.S. Development completes Salato, a 40-unit luxury condo in Pompano Beach
Salato units are priced from $2.4 million to $5.3 million, and the company has sold more than 70 percent of them.
Commercial Observer reports that U.S. Development has completed construction of Salato, a 40-unit luxury condo project at 305 Briny Avenue in Pompano Beach, Florida.
The outlet says the project is near the shore and has sold more than 70 percent of its units, which are priced from $2.4 million to $5.3 million.
Commercial Observer also notes that Salato offers services and amenities including housekeeping with linen service, grocery pickup and stocking, spa and beauty treatments, fitness classes, personal training, and beach yoga.
According to the interview, CEO John Farina said the company targeted Pompano Beach because of its location between other high-end markets and emphasized privacy and intimacy, including four semi-private elevators and 14-foot-deep terraces.
