Intel reports 25% revenue jump as AI demand lifts sales

The company said revenue rose 25%, its strongest growth for any period since the third quarter of 2011.

Intel delivered a sharp acceleration in sales as demand tied to AI helped drive a large top line increase, according to CNBC Markets. The outlet said Intel revenue jumped 25%.

CNBC Markets also noted that the growth rate marked the most robust revenue performance for any period since the third quarter of 2011.

Despite the sales momentum, CNBC Markets reported that Intel shares fell following the results.
