SpaceX faces hurdles to building a mobile network on its own
MarketWatch says SpaceX is unlikely to become a direct wireless network operator on its own, citing the high cost and time required to build a mobile network.
The outlet adds that major wireless carriers would instead be forced to watch for competitive shifts, particularly if a rival is able to change the current balance in a way that affects their positions.
