Russia’s central bank drafts rules for organized crypto trading
The Block reports that Russia’s central bank has drafted its first rules aimed at creating an organized framework for crypto trading.
The proposal would set out requirements for participants in digital asset markets, including equity standards and mechanisms described as digital depositories.
The central bank’s draft is intended to formalize how crypto trading would operate under a regulated structure rather than as an unstructured activity.
