Atlantic Capital Partners sells 98,268-square-foot shopping center in Ohio

The Toledo, Ohio retail property, North Towne Commons, traded for $6.2 million and is 58% leased.

Atlantic Capital Partners announced the sale of North Towne Commons, a 98,268-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Toledo, Ohio, for $6.2 million, according to ConnectCRE.

ConnectCRE said Atlantic Capital Partners, through Associate Teddy Driscoll, represented both the buyer and the seller exclusively in the transaction.

The center is shadow-anchored by Target and Kroger and includes national tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Michaels, Shoe Show Mega Store, Pet Supplies Plus, and Aaron’s, ConnectCRE reported.

ConnectCRE added that North Towne Commons is 58% leased and sits within a dense trade area with more than 295,000 residents within five miles, creating a value-add opportunity through strategic lease-up.
