Former mill in downtown Manchester converted to school sells for $3.9M

The 56,000-square-foot, three-story property is fully occupied by three educational institutions.

ConnectCRE reports that Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 470 Pine St., a multi-tenant building in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.

The asset traded for $3.9 million, according to ConnectCRE, which said an out-of-state buyer purchased the former mill that had been converted into a school.

Marcus & Millichap brokerage director Luigi Lessa said the firm marketed the opportunity nationally to identify an investor group that performed better than local New Hampshire demand.

The property, built in 1924, totals 56,000 square feet across three stories and is fully occupied by three educational institutions, ConnectCRE added.
