Rick Ross joins team for 670-unit EnSima condo project in Miami Gardens

Units are priced from about $593 per square foot, with a 650-square-foot one-bedroom starting near $450,000, according to the project website.

Rick Ross has joined the development team of EnSima, an eight-story, 670-unit residential project planned for Miami Gardens, according to a Bisnow article. The project is set to include 165,000 square feet of retail space in the rapper’s hometown.

Bisnow reports that EnSima Miami I, led by entrepreneurs Shalom Arik Maimon, Ali Yesil and David Shapiro, is partnering with Israeli mentalist Lior Suchard on the project. The development was announced in March for an undisclosed site about five minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, according to the project website.

The sales gallery is expected to open in September, where buyers can view the units. Pricing starts at roughly $593 per square foot, with a roughly 650-square-foot one-bedroom unit starting at about $450,000, a 900-square-foot two-bedroom starting near $580,000, and a 1,200-square-foot three-bedroom starting around $770,000, the website says.

The article also notes that it is unclear when construction will begin, even though the release says it is expected to be executed by TerraForm Development.
