Azori rebrands from MN Custom Homes and expands into Scottsdale
The builder, based in Bellevue, Washington, is opening a Scottsdale office and partnering with local design firms for its first Arizona luxury projects.
HousingWire reports that MN Custom Homes has rebranded as Azori, with the change tied to the company’s expansion into Arizona for the first time.
Azori will launch several luxury residences in Scottsdale, supported by its vertically integrated approach that combines architecture, interior design, construction, and post-close home care services that include warranty and concierge support.
The company said it is partnering with Scottsdale design firms DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design, and plans to open a local office as a base for operations and future development.
HousingWire also reports that Azori’s leadership framed the name change as reflecting a more design- and experience-focused offering while maintaining its craftsmanship and client service, after more than 15 years building high-end residences in Washington.
