CBRE arranges sale of 134-unit Issaquah multifamily for $55.1M
The Langara community, completed in 2001, spans 20 buildings on 9.81 acres, and CBRE said the supply-constrained Issaquah submarket supports a renovation-driven value-add thesis.
CBRE arranged the sale of Langara, a 134-unit garden-style apartment and townhome community in Issaquah, Washington, for $55.1 million, according to ConnectCRE.
CBRE represented the seller, JB Matteson, Inc., in the transaction, and the buyer was not disclosed.
Langara was completed in 2001 and includes 20 residential buildings across 9.81 acres, a low-density layout of 13.6 units per acre.
CBRE highlighted the location in a supply-constrained and affluent submarket, saying the area’s scarcity and high-income renter base, along with renovation upside, helped attract a competitive pool of well-capitalized bidders, as quoted by Kyle Yamamoto of CBRE.
