OHT breaks ground on 360-unit Park Row apartment project in Houston

The 13.7-acre complex is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2028, with pre-leasing expected to begin in the second quarter of next year.

ConnectCRE reports that OHT Partners has started construction on Park Row, a 360-unit apartment community at 14192 Park Row Blvd. in Houston.

The project will feature 11 three-story buildings and one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 702 to 1,257 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.

Amenities planned for Park Row include a clubhouse, a resort-style pool with cabanas, coworking areas with private offices, package lockers, a pet spa, and community spaces such as a dog park and a pickleball court.

ConnectCRE says OHT expects to start pre-leasing in the second quarter of next year and complete the complex in the second quarter of 2028, with rental rates set around the time pre-leasing begins.
