Quantum Solutions expands ETH sale ceiling to 4,375 by late 2026

Only 1,714.8 ETH of its current holdings is disclosed as unpledged, leaving a 756.2 ETH gap before it can use the full remaining sale authority without touching collateral.

Japan-listed Quantum Solutions expanded the amount of Ether its group can sell through Oct. 30, 2026, after its subsidiary GPT Pals Studio sold an additional 1,000 ETH to support an AI data-center push, according to CryptoSlate.

The July 30 board action increased the aggregate sell ceiling from 1,875 ETH to 4,375 ETH. After the most recent sale plus prior activity, the group said sales under the policy total 1,904 ETH, leaving room to sell up to 2,471 ETH.

Quantum said only 1,714.8 ETH of its present ETH balance is disclosed as outside a Singapore-based lender pledge, with 3,050 ETH still pledged. CryptoSlate notes that this creates a 756.2 ETH shortfall between the unpledged portion and what the group would need to tap the full remaining authority.

Quantum expects a roughly JPY 17 million loss due to the sale price falling below the May 31 carrying value. The company also said it is not automatically selling the full expanded amount and that any further sales will depend on market conditions, ETH prices, progress in its AI Infrastructure Data Center business, and funding needs.
