Tether’s excess reserves drop by more than $4 billion
The Block reports Tether’s net operating profit fell to $1.5 billion in the most recent quarter from $4.9 billion in net profit in Q2 2025.
Tether’s excess reserves have fallen by more than $4 billion, according to The Block.
The outlet links the decline to weaker financial results, saying Tether swung from $4.9 billion in net profit for Q2 2025 to $1.5 billion in net operating profit in the second quarter of this year.
