Woodfield opens 318-unit Tides at Palm Bay rental community

The luxury development spans two five-story apartment buildings and townhomes, with 19,000 square feet of on-site commercial space.

Woodfield Development has opened Tides at Palm Bay, a 318-unit luxury apartment community in Palm Bay, Florida, with a reported $100 million investment, ConnectCRE said.

The project at 2485 Port Malabar Blvd. NE includes apartments in two five-story buildings plus townhomes, alongside 19,000 square feet of commercial space.

Units range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, with monthly rents from $1,600 to $4,200, according to ConnectCRE.

Amenities include a club lounge with gaming areas, a fitness center, and a two-story sky lounge overlooking the Indian River Lagoon, with outdoor features such as a pool deck and summer kitchen.
