Atlantic Coast Mortgage hires Keith Cross as builder relations SVP
The new role is intended to expand the lender’s relationships with homebuilders and its builder-focused business development across its network of 42 states and Washington, D.C.
Atlantic Coast Mortgage has hired Keith Cross as its new senior vice president of builder relations, aiming to deepen partnerships between homebuilders and the lender’s loan officers.
HousingWire reports that Cross, a former Beazer Homes leader, will expand ACM’s builder-focused resources, support and business development opportunities, after more than 20 years of experience in new home sales, sales leadership and builder operations.
Cross spent more than a decade at Beazer Homes in senior sales and operational leadership roles before joining ACM, a Fairfax, Virginia-based mortgage lender.
ACM said it operates 46 branches across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest regions and is licensed in 42 states and Washington, D.C., and that year to date it has produced $1.51 billion in volume across 3,600-plus units, according to Modex data.
