Clarion Partners buys 94-unit Clearwater at Sonoma Hills in Rohnert Park
The 2020-built senior living community includes 70 assisted living and 24 memory care residences, and Clearwater Living will remain the operating partner.
Clarion Partners has acquired Clearwater at Sonoma Hills, a 94-unit senior living property in Rohnert Park, for an undisclosed price, ConnectCRE reports.
The deal aligns with Clarion’s strategy of investing in senior housing assets in markets described as attractive and supply constrained, with strong long-term demographic support.
CBRE arranged the transaction, with its senior housing investment sales team, led by John Sweeny, Aron Will, and Austin Summy, advising on the sale, while Clearwater Living will continue as the operating partner.
ConnectCRE says the community was built in 2020 and comprises 70 assisted living residences and 24 memory care residences.
