Gallagher Re names Luc Morement managing director for APAC facultative
The appointment tasks Morement with leading Gallagher Re’s facultative reinsurance business across Asia Pacific and coordinating with regional facultative leaders to expand the platform.
Gallagher Re, the reinsurance broking and advisory business of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has appointed Luc Morement as Managing Director for Facultative in Asia Pacific.
According to Reinsurance News, Morement will lead Gallagher Re’s Facultative business across APAC, working closely with the firm’s facultative leaders in the region to further strengthen the platform and support Gallagher Re’s broader global growth.
The outlet says Morement is joining Gallagher Re from Guy Carpenter, where he previously served as Head of GC Fac, Asia Pacific, and later became Regional Sales Leader, Asia Pacific, with a focus on developing and growing the firm’s position in the region.
