Related Midwest starts leasing North Tower of 400 Lake Shore Drive
The 857-foot, 72-story project in Chicago’s Streeterville will add 635 rental apartments, with completion targeted for March 2027.
Related Midwest has begun leasing for the North Tower of 400 Lake Shore Drive, a 72-story residential building in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, according to ConnectCRE.
The project is slated for completion in March 2027 and will deliver 857 feet of residential height, bringing 635 rental apartments to the address.
ConnectCRE said the North Tower includes two rental offerings: The Collection on floors 3 through 43, with 520 units across studio, convertible, one- and two-bedroom layouts, and The Residences on floors 46 through 70, with 115 one- to four-bedroom residences.
ConnectCRE added that the exclusive leasing partner is Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, and quoted Related Midwest President Curt Bailey describing the development as a revitalization of a significant piece of Chicago history.
