3AC liquidators pursue $40m tied to alleged Dubai property sale
Liquidators are seeking about $40.0 million, alleging the Dubai home was bought using misappropriated assets from the collapsed fund.
Hedgeweek reports that liquidators for collapsed crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital, or 3AC, are pursuing legal action involving the wife of co-founder Zhu Su.
According to Hedgeweek, the effort targets approximately $40.0 million they claim can be recovered from the sale of a Dubai property.
The liquidators allege the Dubai home was acquired using misappropriated fund assets, according to the report cited by Hedgeweek.
