AnnieMac adds Wichita retail team after Union Home Mortgage deal
The new roughly 12-person group brings about $220 million in trailing 12-month mortgage production and expands AnnieMac into Kansas.
AnnieMac Home Mortgage has recruited a retail lending team in Wichita, Kansas, that previously joined Union Home Mortgage after Union Home acquired Sierra Pacific Mortgage in September 2025, HousingWire reported.
The move adds about $220 million in trailing production from the Wichita group, with leadership describing it as part of a broader push to use local profit-and-loss branches and specialty programs to win business.
AnnieMac’s year-to-date mortgage production totals $2.2 billion, with 622 loan officers, a net gain of 55 loan officers versus August 2025, according to data cited from mortgage analytics firm RETR.
HousingWire also reported that the Wichita team is led by branch manager Brian McGinley and is primarily composed of loan officers with a small operations staff, while AnnieMac highlighted its cash-offer and buy-now-sell-later product suite, plus an appraisal assurance option added earlier in 2025.
