Cloudflare has introduced programmable Wallets for AI agents, with the wallets designed to support stablecoin payments. The company said users can claim a Cloudflare Wallet handle immediately, with payment capabilities set to roll out in a future update, according to Cointelegraph.

Cloudflare said it plans to integrate the wallets with its Monetization Gateway, which uses Coinbase’s x402 protocol to enable stablecoin micropayments. The company described the approach as making it easier for agents to try an API without an account.

Cointelegraph also reported that the wallets are intended to let users store stablecoins and receive payments across the web. Cloudflare had not responded to Cointelegraph by publication about the rollout timeline or additional details.
