World Chain will enable streaming Block Access Lists on Aug. 17

The L2 plans to activate the feature on mainnet on Aug. 17, before Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade later this year.

The Block reports that World Chain will become the first production layer 2 network to ship streaming Block Access Lists using a feature called Flashblocks.

The outlet says World Chain will activate streaming Block Access Lists on Ethereum mainnet on Aug. 17, with the timing set ahead of Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade planned for later this year.
