Certainty Home Lending hires Bryan Ingenito as national operations EVP
Ingenito, a Charlotte area executive with more than 28 years in mortgage and consumer lending operations, will lead Certainty’s national fulfillment and process optimization efforts.
Certainty Home Lending, a national mortgage lender and Rate subsidiary, has appointed mortgage and consumer lending veteran Bryan Ingenito as executive vice president and national operations executive, the company announced Thursday, according to HousingWire.
Based in the Charlotte area, Ingenito brings more than 28 years of experience across mortgage lending and consumer banking operations, including more than 25 years in senior roles at a major national depository, where he led work spanning mortgage fulfillment, process design, technology, performance management, and small-business credit.
Certainty said Ingenito has built and optimized large-scale fulfillment organizations through multiple housing and credit cycles, including initiatives aimed at improving cycle times and tightening alignment between sales and operations to raise borrower and loan officer satisfaction.
HousingWire also noted the hire comes as lenders continue to streamline fulfillment and servicing costs while preparing for a potential rise in origination volume if mortgage rates ease.
