Arrow Real Estate Advisors adds Yanni Marmarou as senior director

Arrow said Marmarou will help scale its New Jersey capital markets business, building on his prior role leading IPRG’s New Jersey office operations.

Arrow Real Estate Advisors marked the two-year anniversary of its October 2024 launch by adding mortgage broker Yanni Marmarou as a senior director to expand its New Jersey capital markets business, Commercial Observer reported.

Commercial Observer said Marmarou previously launched Investment Property Realty Group’s New Jersey office in 2023 and later joined Arrow from IPRG, after earlier growing B6 Real Estate Advisors in northern New Jersey.

In a statement, Arrow founder and managing partner Morris Betesh said Marmarou brings market knowledge and development expertise, and that his experience across the real estate transaction lifecycle will be valuable as the firm grows its platform.

Commercial Observer also noted that Marmarou joined IPRG in early 2023 as a partner and managing director, helping spearhead an investment sales operation for the firm’s newly formed New Jersey office.
