RAF Pacifica Group buys fully leased five-tenant retail building in Encinitas
The 4,939 square foot property is on Highway 101 in the 101 Shopping District and includes three retail shops and two restaurants.
RAF Pacifica Group, a commercial real estate investment firm, has acquired a fully leased, five-tenant retail building at 548-568 South Coast Hwy. 101 in downtown Encinitas, according to ConnectCRE.
The acquisition price was not disclosed. The 4,939 square-foot property sits directly on Highway 101 in the 101 Shopping District, a walkable retail corridor near Moonlight State Beach.
The tenant base includes three retail shops and two restaurants. ConnectCRE reports the building had been in the same family’s hands for more than six decades.
ConnectCRE also quoted Adam Robinson, founder and president of RAF Pacifica Group, saying such properties rarely reach the market and that this acquisition came after a tenant reached out when the owner considered selling.
