Apollo Micro Systems profit rises 43% in June-quarter as revenue jumps 88%

Net profit increased to ₹25.2 crore for Q1 FY27, even as operating margin contracted and EBITDA margin fell to 21.4% from 30.6% a year earlier.

Apollo Micro Systems reported results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, posting a 43% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹25.2 crore.

The company said revenue from operations rose 88% year on year to ₹251.3 crore, while EBITDA climbed 18% to ₹48 crore, which it described as its highest-ever EBITDA for a June quarter.

Despite the profit and revenue growth, Apollo Micro Systems reported that operating margin contracted during the quarter and that EBITDA margin dropped to 21.4% from 30.6% a year earlier, a decline of 9.2 percentage points, according to the company’s filing summarized by LiveMint Markets.

LiveMint Markets also noted that Apollo Micro Systems ended Friday’s trading session 0.43% lower at ₹403 per share, and the firm attributed its strongest-ever first quarter to execution and sustained sector demand, citing remarks by its managing director, Baddam Karunakar Reddy.
