High Street Residential tops out SoHo tower The Marq
The 25-story luxury project in Lower Manhattan is set to deliver 99 homes in the fourth quarter of 2027, with ground-floor retail and 25 affordable apartments.
High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has topped out construction on its first Manhattan project, The Marq, a 25-story luxury residential tower in SoHo, according to ConnectCRE.
The Marq is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027 and will include 99 residential units plus 2,072 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with 25 units designated as affordable apartments.
The tower will be built on a vacant lot at 126 Lafayette St. in New York City’s Lower West Side, with residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses.
ConnectCRE also named Marvel Architects, general contractor Leeding Builders Group, and interior designer Chris Shao Studio as project partners, and quoted Michael Adamo, a Principal with HSR in New York, saying the project is intended to reflect SoHo’s character.
