Cedarwood Companies is advancing Topaz at Light Farms Way, a 272-unit multifamily rental community in Celina, according to ConnectCRE.

The development will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with residents set to have access to a clubhouse with a cybercafe, a pool with a fire pit, a fitness center, and a dedicated dog park with a pet spa.

Other planned amenities include a playground, a car care center, and walking trails. Cedarwood says the company, founded in 1972, has expanded beyond its existing multifamily projects to include senior living communities and self-storage facilities.
