CFTC orders Kalshi to stay operating amid New York lawsuit
The Block reports that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has used emergency authority to require Kalshi to keep operating after the platform was sued in New York last month.
According to The Block, the order came after Kalshi faced legal action in state court, prompting the regulator to intervene to prevent disruption while the case plays out.
