Essex Three-Twelve sells $1.24M Roscoe Village three-unit multifamily
The seller received a full-asking-price bid after the deal attracted three offers, including two competing offers.
Essex Three-Twelve completed the sale of 3141 N. Oakley Ave., a turnkey three-unit multifamily property in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood, according to ConnectCRE.
The property sold for $1.24 million, with Essex Three-Twelve Director Mitir Patel representing the seller, and the transaction drew three offers, including two competing bids, before landing on a full-asking-price result.
ConnectCRE said turnkey three-unit buildings in Roscoe Village are rarely available, citing strong demand and limited inventory, and it noted the area’s access to restaurants, retail, transportation options, and proximity to North Side destinations.
Patel said the strategy was to maximize the seller’s sale price while targeting the right buyers, adding that strong demand was expected for the type of property being offered.
