FlightAware sues Kalshi over alleged unauthorized data use

FlightAware has filed a lawsuit against Kalshi, accusing the prediction market operator of using FlightAware data without authorization in flight cancellation markets, according to The Block.

In the complaint, FlightAware is also asking for a temporary restraining order to bar Kalshi from activities involving the flight-tracking site, The Block reported.

The dispute centers on how Kalshi used FlightAware’s flight-tracking information in its market products.
