Northmarq arranged the permanent fixed-rate financing through its Debt + Equity deal team, led by Taylor Francis and including David Blum, Joe Giordani, Charlie Buckingham, and Matt Radich.
The portfolio totals 940 units across Houston and San Antonio. The refinancing consists of loans structured with a 10-year term and full-term interest-only payments.
The properties include Holden Heights, Estancia San Miguel, and the Montecristo Apartments, spanning projects built between 2005 and 2015.
