JLB Partners plans Buckhead office-to-apartments conversion with 314 units
The seven-story project at 470 E. Paces Ferry Road would replace a mid-century office building and could start construction in summer 2027, pending permitting.
JLB Partners is pursuing an office-to-residential redevelopment at 470 E. Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village, converting a seven-story, mid-century office building into housing, ConnectCRE reports.
The plan calls for 314 apartments, with the former office space at the site currently the longtime home of Logility Supply Chain Solutions. ConnectCRE also notes that Aptean acquired Logility in 2025 and has maintained a small workforce at the building.
The redevelopment location is near Buckhead Village District, an upscale mixed-use development spanning multiple city blocks. ConnectCRE says the project would be surrounded by nearby shopping, retail, and other residential developments in the area.
Construction on the proposed development could begin in summer 2027, subject to permitting approval, according to ConnectCRE.
