BLS International Services posts 25.3% YoY revenue growth in Q1 FY27

BLS International reported first-quarter profit after tax of ₹201.6 crore, up 11.4% YoY, with EBITDA rising 23.6% to ₹252 crore.

BLS International Services Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹891 crore in the first quarter of FY27, up 25.3% year on year, as the company said it delivered a “healthy start” for the fiscal period. Profit after tax increased 11.4% YoY to ₹201.6 crore, while EBITDA grew 23.6% YoY to ₹252 crore.

The company’s Visa and Consular Services segment remained the biggest contributor to growth, with segment revenue rising 21.6% and EBITDA increasing 21.5% during the quarter. BLS International attributed the performance to operating leverage, a favorable contract mix, and continued efforts to improve process efficiency.

BLS International also reported expansion in Digital Services, with revenue rising 32.2% YoY, and EBITDA surging 45%. The company said investments in technology platforms, talent, and digital capabilities supported the segment’s growth.

In a separate note, LiveMint Markets highlighted that Nuvama Institutional Equities maintained a buy rating on the stock and set a target price of ₹431 per share, implying upside potential up to 66%. Nuvama said margin in the visa and consular services business held around 40% despite stable application volumes, and pointed to visa wins and a tender pipeline for growth visibility.
