FlightAware drops lawsuit against Kalshi a day after filing

FlightAware has withdrawn its lawsuit against Kalshi, according to The Block. The flight tracker had previously alleged that Kalshi improperly used FlightAware data and trademarks to run prediction markets focused on flight cancellations.

The lawsuit was filed and then dropped one day later, The Block reported. The dispute centers on FlightAware's claims about data and trademark use in Kalshi's prediction market operations.
