Johnson & Johnson beats fiscal Q2 results, raises 2026 revenue goal
J&J reported quarterly sales of $25.31 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.90, and expects full-year sales to reach about $101.1 billion at the midpoint.
Johnson & Johnson reported fiscal Q2 2026 results that topped analysts' expectations, with sales rising nearly 7% to $25.31 billion versus an average estimate of about $25.05 billion, and adjusted earnings per share of $2.90 versus $2.85 expected, according to Yahoo Finance.
The company also raised its guidance, saying it is on track to meet its 2026 target of more than $100 billion in annual revenue for the first time in its 140-year history. At the midpoint, J&J now expects annual sales of around $101.1 billion, up from $100.8 billion previously, and it lifted its adjusted EPS forecast to $11.68 from $11.55.
Within the business, Yahoo Finance noted that J&J's pharmaceutical segment supported total sales, generating $16.38 billion in quarterly sales that exceeded analysts' estimate of $16.1 billion. The outlet also said Stelara revenue dropped more than 55% in the quarter to $740 million due to patent loss.
At the same time, Yahoo Finance reported that Tremfya sales increased 72.5% to $2 billion, as newer immunology and cancer drugs helped offset the decline tied to Stelara's patent expiration.
