Redwire shares ended Friday nearly 15% higher after the space and defense technology company reported Q2 2026 results that beat Street expectations and reaffirmed its full year revenue guidance, according to Yahoo Finance.
Redwire said it posted record revenue of $117.1 million in Q2, up 89.6% from the prior year. In segment detail, the space segment revenue fell to $55.2 million from $56.7 million, while defense technology revenue rose to $61.9 million from $5.1 million a year earlier.
The company also highlighted an improvement in profitability, with Q2 gross margin turning positive at 27.8% versus minus 30.9% in Q2 2025.
