Spirit Halloween leases about 10,000 SF at Medford, Mass. site
The Hamilton Company leased the space at 55 Riverside Ave., previously occupied by a CVS, as Spirit Halloween plans to expand across more than 1,550 seasonal locations this year.
The Hamilton Company has leased approximately 10,000 square feet to Spirit Halloween at 55 Riverside Ave. in Medford, Massachusetts, a property that formerly housed a CVS, ConnectCRE reports.
Spirit Halloween plans to open more than 1,550 seasonal locations this year across strip malls and shopping centers throughout North America, a move the company described as signaling the start of the Halloween season.
Jameson Brown, chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company, said the company is excited to bring Spirit Halloween to the building and highlighted Spirit Halloween’s multi-decade history.
ConnectCRE also said Spirit Halloween’s in-house counsel represented the retailer during the lease negotiations, while The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash, the firm’s Director of Commercial Property & Asset Management.
