Trump sued over alleged Truth Social feed access restrictions

The lawsuit also comes as Truth Social’s operator explores licensing data for use in prediction markets, according to The Block.

A lawsuit filed against former President Donald Trump alleges that Truth Social’s paid early-access feed unconstitutionally restricts access to official posts, according to The Block.

The Block reports the case centers on claims that subscribers receive a faster or otherwise restricted view of content compared with other users, raising constitutional access concerns.

Separately, The Block says Truth Social’s firm is exploring licensing its data for use in prediction markets, adding a commercial and data-usage angle to the dispute.
