The Block reports the case centers on claims that subscribers receive a faster or otherwise restricted view of content compared with other users, raising constitutional access concerns.
Separately, The Block says Truth Social’s firm is exploring licensing its data for use in prediction markets, adding a commercial and data-usage angle to the dispute.
