Chetna Gulati-Kapoor named Global Chief Claims Officer at Marsh Risk
Her new role begins September 1, when she will lead Marsh Risk’s global claims strategy and work across the business on complex claims advocacy.
Chetna Gulati-Kapoor has been appointed Global Chief Claims Officer of Marsh Risk, the reinsurance and insurance brokerage business of Marsh, according to Reinsurance News.
The outlet said Gulati-Kapoor brings 20 years of experience in claims advocacy and client service, including prior roles across insurers in the UK, and she joined Marsh in 2021 from CNA Hardy.
Effective September 1, she will lead Marsh Risk’s global claims strategy, partnering with colleagues across the business to support clients facing complex claims and to strengthen advocacy.
Reinsurance News also reported that Gulati-Kapoor will report to John Donnelly, President, Global Placement, Marsh Risk, and that Donnelly cited the importance of claims to the business and the firm’s focus on consistent client outcomes.
