GRM Overseas shares hold gains as Q1 FY27 results show growth

The FMCG company said Q1 FY27 total revenue rose 27.7% year-on-year to ₹427 crore, with PAT up 12.1% to ₹21 crore.

GRM Overseas shares rose in Thursday trading despite weak sentiment on the Dalal Street, gaining as much as 0.33% on the NSE. The stock opened at ₹92.85, versus a prior close of ₹91.38.

In its first quarter results for FY27, the company reported total revenue growth of 27.7% year-on-year to ₹427 crore. EBITDA increased 13.9% year-on-year to ₹36 crore, while profit after tax climbed 12.1% year-on-year to ₹21 crore.

The firm cited international business growth of 7% year-on-year during the quarter, noting geopolitical challenges. Domestically, the branded segment grew 25% year-on-year to ₹116 crore, while the unbranded segment rose by more than 2x.

GRM Overseas’ shares have been volatile amid weak market mood, with gains of 1.88% over the past week and a 3.11% decline over the past month. The stock is down 43% year-to-date and 26% over the past year, though it has delivered 60% returns over three years, according to LiveMint Markets.
