Stocks climbed to new highs as inflation worries eased
U.S. stocks rose to new highs as investors took relief from improving inflation signals, according to WSJ Markets.
In company-specific moves, Coach owner Tapestry fell while Workday rose sharply during the same session, WSJ Markets reported.
The report pointed to a split market tape, with broad strength lifting major stocks even as some individual companies declined.
