Tether says KPMG gave an unqualified opinion on its 2025 financials
Tether said KPMG issued the unqualified audit opinion as part of the first full audit of Tether International’s USDT issuer financial statements for 2025.
Tether said KPMG U.S. issued an unqualified, or clean, audit opinion on Tether International’s full 2025 financial statements, according to a statement reported by The Block.
The company said the opinion covers its first full audit of the USDT issuer’s financials.
Tether said the audit was completed with KPMG’s unqualified audit opinion, language that generally indicates the financial statements were presented fairly under applicable standards.
The Block reported the update on Thursday.
